// TERMS
bringon is operated from Sitges, Spain, and reachable at hello@bringon.live. It is a way for people to show, in advance and on the record, that they want a night to happen. When enough people back a night, we work to book it.
Backing a night costs nothing and buys nothing. It is not a ticket, not a reservation and not a booking. It does not entitle you to entry. It is a statement of interest that we count, and it is the count that lets us go to a venue with proof instead of a pitch.
bringon does not take payments. When a night is confirmed, tickets are sold by a separate partner platform under that platform's own terms, and your contract for the ticket is with them, not with us. Any refund, exchange or cancellation of a ticket is handled by that platform under its own policy.
That is the point of the mechanic, and we say so up front. If a night does not reach its target, it does not run. Nobody is charged, because nobody was charged in the first place. We will tell everyone who backed it, honestly, and carry your place forward to the next night.
The venue is kept private until the backing threshold is reached, and it is released to backers first. We only publish a venue once a room is actually contracted. If the threshold is reached before a room is contracted, we will say so rather than invent one.
One email counts once per night. We rate-limit and de-duplicate, because a count that can be inflated is worth nothing to a venue and nothing to you. We may remove backings that appear to be automated or duplicated.
Artists, dates and details can change for reasons outside our control. We will tell backers by email when they do.
Covered by the Privacy notice. Short version: we email you about the night you backed, and nothing else, ever.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.
